Walking into our first corporate event was exciting, but it also came with a new level of responsibility. Unlike a pop-up, we had a limited lunch window to serve a large group of people efficiently. Every second mattered.

One thing became clear almost immediately—no one builds a successful food truck alone.

This event taught us that having the right people in the right positions can make all the difference. When everyone understands their role, communicates well, and trusts one another, service becomes smoother, customers wait less, and the entire experience improves.

Of course, we still found things we could improve. Every event teaches us something new, and we're constantly refining our systems so we can serve our customers even better the next time.

By the end of the day, we weren't just proud of the food we served—we were proud of how we worked together.
